When it comes to quickly and easily calculating your body fat percentage, Body Tracker is the top choice. This user-friendly tool guides you step-by-step through the entire process, making it effortless to obtain accurate measurements in record time - no previous training required.

Body Tracker is designed to be remarkably easy to use, even if you're new to calculating body fat percentage. All you need is a tape measure, fat caliper, or body fat scale, and Body Tracker will provide clear instructions on how to take your measurements. Simply enter your measurements into the app, and Body Tracker will handle all the calculations for you while saving your results. If you're unsure about taking caliper or tape measurements correctly, Body Tracker includes helpful images and videos that demonstrate the proper techniques.

With Body Tracker, you have a variety of methods to choose from when determining your body fat percentage:

In addition to these features, Body Tracker allows you to conveniently email your results to clients and integrate with HealthKit for seamless data sharing. It also offers iCloud Sync functionality for easy access to your information across multiple devices.

To ensure accurate measurements with a fat caliper or tape measure, Body Tracker provides detailed diagrams and instructional videos. By clicking on the camera or video icon, you'll find visual representations that clearly indicate the specific locations you need to measure with your body fat caliper. If you're using a tape measure, Body Tracker will guide you through the proper measurement techniques. Even if you've never calculated your body fat percentage before, Body Tracker will explain everything you need to know to do it accurately and easily.
