All you need is a tape measure, fat caliper, or body fat scale, and Body Tracker will provide clear instructions on how to take your measurements. Simply enter your measurements into the app, and Body Tracker will handle all the calculations for you while saving your results. If you're unsure about taking caliper or tape measurements correctly, Body Tracker includes helpful images and videos that demonstrate the proper techniques.

With Body Tracker, you have a variety of methods to choose from when determining your body fat percentage:
