Simply enter your measurements into the app, and Body Tracker will handle all the calculations for you while saving your results. If you're unsure about taking caliper or tape measurements correctly, Body Tracker includes helpful images and videos that demonstrate the proper techniques.

If you're using a tape measure, Body Tracker will guide you through the proper measurement techniques.
